Seasonal Services: Opening Second / Vacation Homes
We will prepare vacation and seasonal homes prior to your arrival. Arrange for cleaning services, check air conditioning and all other systems including landscaping and grounds. Service can include the power-down of systems ("closing the home") while maintaining minimum operation necessary to retain landscape and interior home environment.
